Hughes Forrest Ltd, based at Bolt Street, Newport (NP20 2UP), has applied to change its existing Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence.

The company is proposing to add a new operating centre at:

Unit 25, Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB

If approved, the site would be used to keep 4 goods vehicles and 0 trailers.

• Representations should be sent to the Traffic Commissioner at:

• A copy must also be sent to the applicant at the Newport address listed above.
  
• The deadline is within 21 days of the notice (27th August 2025).
